  The chemical oil removal method is a process of adding chemical agents and mixing them to separate suspended solids such as oil and iron oxide scales in water through coagulation and flocculation, achieving the goal of purifying water quality. When the inlet oil content is between 35-45mg/l and the SS content is around 200 mg/l, the outlet oil content is below 10mg/l and the SS content is below 25 mg/l. There are two types of reagents to be added separately. Electrolyte reagents are added to the mixing chamber; Specially made polymer oil flocculant. Put the electrolyte agent into the mixing chamber first, followed by the polymer oil flocculant, and the order of addition can also be reversed. Both drugs are non-toxic and harmless. After being administered and able to enter the inclined pipe for sedimentation through the mixed sewage, the oil in the water (floating and emulsified oil)
Through the coagulation and flocculation of suspended solids by chemicals, large particle flocs are formed and settled in the lower sludge hopper, while the upper clear water is discharged through the overflow weir and outlet pipe. The lower sludge can be discharged regularly, usually every 8 hours for 2-3 minutes each time. The discharged sludge can be discharged into the cyclone tank (or a primary iron sheet sedimentation tank), and the slag pit and rough iron sheet can be transported out together. It can also be separately filtered and recycled.
Compared with the old process, it saves two major parts: the secondary sedimentation tank and the filter, and the equipment operates reliably, with a long service life and low maintenance workload. The turbid circulating water system operates in a virtuous cycle, providing a reliable guarantee for high production and quality in enterprises. The MHCYG series chemical degreaser is the second generation product after the CYCWG series chemical degreaser. Compared with the first generation product, the second generation product has the following advantages:

1. The processing efficiency is further improved. The MHCYG type chemical degreaser can circulate the sludge accumulated in the equipment sedimentation tank, collide, contact, and adsorb with the highest possible quality (fine particle iron oxide scale) and oil content (floating oil and emulsified oil) in the raw water, and fully utilize the effect of adding chemicals, thereby improving the processing efficiency and effectiveness.
2. The operating costs have been further reduced. Firstly, due to the full utilization of the medication, the dosage of medication can be saved; Secondly, it reduces electricity consumption. It is a generation of chemical degreaser that can save more than 30% of chemical dosage and reduce electricity consumption by more than 50%, saving considerable costs.
3. Stable operation and strong adaptability. Due to the large capacity of the equipment, the resistance to water ingress impact increases (with varying degrees of inflow), and some sewage flows back into the equipment, increasing the chances of collision and adhesion of chemicals in the sewage. Accelerated the coagulation and sedimentation rate of suspended solids and oil, resulting in stable and reliable treatment effects, and thorough treatment outcomes.

4. Management is more convenient. The CYCWG series chemical degreaser replaces the previous multi bucket sludge discharge with a single bucket sludge discharge, and the sludge hopper has a large passenger volume, providing ample room for adjusting the sludge discharge cycle. The mud reflux can be adjusted by simply lifting and lowering the impeller device until it is set to a better position. The high-efficiency oil remover and sludge removal device integrates reaction, sedimentation, and sludge discharge, all of which are electrically controlled, easy to operate, and have no secondary pollution. The mixer of this device adopts a double-layer slurry type, and the motor adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which is easy to use, durable, and evenly mixed, with a Reynolds number of over 108. The electrical system adopts PLC dual lock self setting function, which is more stable and reliable in performance, and has interfaces and signals required for remote centralized monitoring.
Oil flocculant is an anionic polymer flocculant with strong flocculation ability, high efficiency in removing oil and suspended solids, convenient use, low price, low operating cost (0.026 yuan/ton of sewage), and non-toxic characteristics. It also has good scale and corrosion inhibition effects.
This device uses high-quality medium diameter 50 polyvinyl chloride hexagonal honeycomb packing with a thickness of 0.6mm, greatly increasing the settling area. The upward flow velocity in the inclined pipe area (4.1mm/s) allows the suspended solids in the effluent to naturally settle on the surface of the inclined pipe channel, and then accumulate into a certain weight and slide down into the sludge hopper.
This chemical degreaser is based on the principle of shallow pool sedimentation and uses single-layer inclined tube (H=1000mm) technology to greatly increase the settling area, resulting in a surface load of 4m3/m2Therefore, this equipment has a large water processing capacity and a small footprint.
